(CSE: AMMP) (OTCQB: AMMPF) (FSE: 601A) (the “Company” or “AmmPower”) announces, further to its news release dated June 21, 2021, that the agreement to acquire the outstanding share capital of Hydrogen One Technologies Inc. (“Hydro One”) has terminated in accordance with its terms and that the Company will no longer be pursuing this acquisition opportunity.
